Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rules and Restrictions (UNITED STATES*)

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

Orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, Critical Systems cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping is not available to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii. Please call us at 1-877-572-5515 if you have questions.

Priority shipping methods (Overnight or Two-Day service) are currently not available. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us via email: sales@criticalsystemsinc.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-572-5515.

Items weighing over 150 lbs may be shipped via a common carrier of our choice. Common Carrier deliveries which require residential, lift gate, and other special delivery charges may be at buyer's cost, please inquire prior to ordering.

Some items sold by Critical Systems, Inc. require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.

--The method of shipment for these items is dictated by the applicable regulations. At Critical Systems, Inc., we comply with government regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

*We are sorry that we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service at 1-877-572-5515 in order to receive a returned goods authorization form. This form must be included with your item in order for the return to be processed.

Critical Systems will pay for return shipping in the case of a fulfillment error; otherwise, the customer will pay return shipping. If the customer is responsible for return shipping, their credit card will be refunded for the total sale of the returned item (less any restocking fees that may apply), less shipping. If Critical Systems is responsible for return shipping, the customer will receive a pre-paid label.

The customer must return the products in saleable condition in the original packaging. This includes any documentation or packaging originally shipped.

Products ordered and delivered through the Critical Systems online service must be returned through to Critical Systems with the appropriate returned goods authorization form.

Shipping damage must be reported on the Shipping Company's delivery documentation. Should the shipping damage not be noted on the driver's paperwork, the Shipping Company may deny fault. Should this happen, the customer is still responsible for payment of any invoices for these items to Critical Systems. Shipping Damage must be reported to the Shipping Company in addition to Critical Systems customer service. Shipping damage is not a warranted item.
